Multi-mix Print Songs (ITG)

Configured the "print songs" page for ITG to allow multiple mixes to appear on a given printout.

DB Modification

Performed a delicate DB operation in order to fix a problem experienced by people who used the "dual submit" feature before the SN2 and normal DBs were merged. Initial checks indicate everything went successfully, however as with any major operation, please be on the lookout for any problems.
Per request, I have constructed a simple print songs feature for the ITG tracker. As time allows I will add more functionality to it. Feedback is always welcomed!
